Diadem
Hello, I'm still deciding on whom to get my armor from, and I know the guys in the vendor list check out, but I was wondering if this set of armor looks good? The price is right on it, so I wanted to ask here before I ordered. Yes, I know it also comes down to fit and finish as well. But, bare minimum, does it look like it will pass? 15 Photos:http://s452.photobucket.com/user/diadembrand/library/ Thank you! Brian
Chopper
Well, some of the parts look ok, but you'd definitely need to replace or mod a number of items prior to approval: The belt would definitely need to be replaced, as well as the knee armor. (That looks like snowtrooper knee armor?) You'd need to take the black mark off of the drop boxes. Also, the helmet nose greeblie would likely need replacing as well. (Looks like a sticker behind the engine part?) I understand that cost can be an issue, but given that there's already a few items that you'd have to replace out of the box, I'd encourage you to go with one of the vendors.

BikerScout007
Thanks guys! I appreciate your words of wisdom. Will keep looking. There is a lot of places to save money on this costume, but the armor is not usually one of them. Soft goods are where you can really save if you do most yourself. This is not a cheap hobby unfortunately, and the Legion's standards of screen accuracy mean we can only cut so many corners.Keep an eye out on the trade forum for people selling their kits. That's probably your best bet for getting a good set of armor for a lower price. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk 2
Diadem
I thankfully found a member on here selling his ready-to-wear, and currently approved armor. Worked out a good deal, so thank you guys again for steering me clear of the original stuff I was looking into.
