Dakota's Shoretrooper build

I caught the bug after admiring the look for a while now. I recently purchased a helmet and made modifications to make sure it fell within the CRLs. And since this girl started costuming as a Mando I figured I would go for a sightly more weathered look. Mind you I am still weeks away from having my armor from 850. But hey you have to start some where so I started with the But'ce. I already have the nod from my GMLs to for the weathering as long as the remainder matches when it is time to submit.

I got my E-22 done, I know the wrong screws are used but my M-3s are lost in the mail someplace and I have a horrible time leaving anything unfinished. I will replace them and weather them when they show up, I have also learned I should have my armor in hand in the coming week.

A bit more progress today. I still need to do my airbrush weathering, get everything strapped up and mounted then I will be on the verge of finished. Still waiting on proper greebs for the back left panel but I can add those in when they come.

Almost there!

One thing that is noticeable is that your shoulder buckles are too high, they should be aligned with the end of the collar. The blue areas below the buckles are not rectangles but taper down to the edges. Your blue paint is also glossy which should be matte,  a clear coat could fix that.
