Prida
So, I am a few months (at the most) away from completing a Staff Officer uniform to get approved and becoming a member! Hopefully I enjoy trooping as much as I hope I will and will take the next step in my 501st career; building one of the Pathfinder uniforms! Here is my issue! I love them all! I have no experience of building something like this, or painting something on such a large scale. I also have developed issues using a sewing machine since my time at school! What I would like to know is which of the three is a good starting point! I really like the Kashyyyk trooper paint job, I like the biker scout for the classic look and the shoretrooper just is rough and tough looking! For a newbie just starting out on a slow (I am going to have to save) build which do you think is a good starting place? Thanks everyone! BikerScout007
This is a great problem to have, Daniel. We take pride in the fact that ALL of our costumes are among the best in the Star Wars galaxy. My opinion, is that the Scout will be the easiest. More vendors means more easily available parts. Not much to really paint (unless you do some weathering). Many of the kits come pre-trimmed. And fits together very easily.
