Imperial Boots or Jim Tripon?

I’m deciding how to get the soft parts for my Shoretrooper build which will just be level one for now. I’ve heard good things around the board from numerous detachments (except the clones, lol, Kevin Weir has got us covered) about Jim Tripon.

I’m looking into a Shore Set and ran into some questions. It appears that their shirt and neckseal is one piece, and if I’m reading the CRL correctly, that’s acceptable? Is Imperial Boots good?

Also can someone refer me to where to contact Jim?

I haven’t found any Orca Bay shoes that can fit me. I’m a lady with tiny feet and I’m a men’s 5. Has any other vertically challenged person found some smaller shoes?

I got my Rogue One TK from Jim, so while I can't speak to his ST gear I can testify that Jim is a great guy to deal with. I've found the best way to contact him is via facebook.

A one piece shirt and neckseal is approvable for level 1 and 2.

 

I haven’t seen Jim Tripon’s gear in person, so I can’t comment on those but I do have the imperial boots stuff. The IB shirt is good and if you replace the velcro in the back with a zipper that zips down then it’s good for level 2. The IB pants aren’t that great, the fabric is very thin and I didn’t like the look of it. They are not ready for level 2 either, but are approvable for level 1.

Hi, for boots. Try timberland the have alot of great looking boots allso. They just need to be chelsea style and color matching the orca bay.
