BikerScout007 Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 Lots of new troopers making their debut in Solo this month, and people have been asking me about this one in particular for a few weeks now. Now though the Legion will not be rolling out CRLs before the release of the film, I feel like this guy has enough in common with a Scout to at least warrant us taking a shot at it. So anybody that is interested in helping to develop a CRL for this guy, this forum is the place to do it! 4
ST52780 Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 As I’m sure a lot of us are aware...the shoulder bells are the DeathTroopers...the biceps have a resounding similarity to the biker scouts...as well as the forearms. I know Armory Props is working on a kit and has the helmet done. Just a matter of getting our hands on better resolution pics and seeing these bad boys in action in a few weeks! Looking forward to helping out with this CRL as I’m interested in building this guy. I’m sure a lot of us here know most of the stuff that goes into this character so far. 3

Tjeccles Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 There is a good shot of the toe on the boot where it is in frame for about 1/2 sec (not entirely sure how long but it was clear). It does appear to be painted or covered by something.

It does appear to be painted or covered by something. I think the toe is painted and there’s armor pieces for the top of the foot and heel. Makes sense. The toe piece would pop off when walking.

And they looks pretty much close on their toe shape and thin outsole.
