NCwerewolf Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Is anyone running UKswrath's audio and cooling system simultaneously in their lid, specifically an RS version? I'd like to run both but even with my lil bullethead, I'm concerned about interior space. Sent from my SM-T560NU using Tapatalk
cheesewhoopy Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Honestly, I don't think fans are necessary in the scout helmet. You have a lot of airflow from the opening and the ear cut outs that keeps it pretty nice in there. I'd save the space and go with just the audio system.

BikerScout007 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Most of us just use a regular old Aker speaker because the Scout's didn't have static burst. And as was said above, fans really aren't necessary. Scout lid has plenty of air circulation.
NCwerewolf Posted February 1, 2018 Author Posted February 1, 2018 You've mention the static burst before, Mickey. Do you know for a fact that all his systems have that static burst in it? He advertises it for TB helmets, so I assumed it wouldn't be inaccurate. I watched one of the videos on YouTube and it didn't seem incorrect. This is kinda important. Sent from my SM-T560NU using Tapatalk Dont know for a fact that they all have static burst but absolutely know for a fact that his kit costs way more than an Aker by a factor of 4. So that was a big consideration for a lot of folks and probably why you aren't getting many responses. And honestly, after 4 years of doing this I usually don't even use the Aker and leave the talking to Vader hahaha. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk 1
NCwerewolf Posted February 1, 2018 Author Posted February 1, 2018 Lmao! Yeah, it's hard to have a conversation when according to canon, we can only say "You there." Lmfao. Sent from my SM-T560NU using Tapatalk 1
Stroker Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Never been a fan of fans in a helmet lol however I did add them to ROTJ TK. As for a amp never. I spent a goofy amount of cash on Kylo Ren setup to only try it out and throw it up on the boards to sale. In a scout helmet like stated above you don't need one. Plenty of air flow in a scout helmet. 1
NCwerewolf Posted February 2, 2018 Author Posted February 2, 2018 Cool. I was just assured by UKswrath that his TB setup does NOT have the static pop because it's not canon. Sent from my SM-T560NU using Tapatalk
