Just looking for the diameter of the elevator bolt/side circle on the visor.

EDIT: Went back and measured and this time looked very carefully. It is indeed 22 mm. My American eyes just gloss over those tiny little hash marks on the ruler sometimes!

I thought those were the wrong color? Don't they come in black even though the picture is gray?

I would not think so. There is one complete headgear on amazon that comes with the incorrect bolts but I would assume that "what you see is what you get" with these replacements.

i bought off amazon and ebay ... bolts and full headband kit showing correct bolts.

both times they where new black bolts.

 

i suggest contacting the seller before purchase .. i did and got a reply back that they where using a picture thats was provided by their supplier and they told me to contact 3m for the correct grey bolts!

Right this is what I've heard. The bolts that KW designs sells are just a lot of the originals that he got his hands on. And they are the proper color.

The new iteration of the 9000 (covering 9000/1/2 models) Speedglas furniture comes with the black convex bolts (and larger nuts). These have superseded the original grey (concave) items.

 

A lot of places are still using the 'old stock' photo showing the grey bolts. So it is worth checking first.

I've fallen foul of this myself.

 

As for size... They are 22mm diameter (or 7/8")
