ForesterDesign
Hey everyone - I've been reading the forums, and want to pose this question: I plan on carving the soles out for Lancer status, but want to make sure this "duo-tone" sole will be acceptable. I've been hard pressed to find something local that is a strict gumsole. These are Ozark Trail boots from Walmart. Fellow Scouts - what do you think? Image of the boots: https://imgur.com/a/SvH19 For Lancer approval, the boot soles should be one color. For level two certification (if applicable): The boots have slots cut into the heels and toes as seen on film. The boot sole is a single color with no visible stitching. Boots that are constructed too wrinkled (i.e not stretched/fitted correctly prior to gluing) or poor in appearance will be refused.
BikerScout007
Like Griif said, it has to be one shade There is nothing stopping you from painting the soles though
