Boots-Vinyl Bunching Up

Hey Everyone!

I’ve recently started work on a Biker Scout. However, I’m having trouble with the boots. I’ve followed two tutorials on the forums, and I’ve used another video as a reference. Nonetheless, I’ve had problems with the vinyl bunching up on my boots. Any suggestions??

Do you have images? Where is the vinyl bunching?

I am curious myself! Are you talking of the 1 boot with the holster? or both boots? Post pictures if able to so we can slim down the possible issues and someone im sure came across this issue before and can help out

Off the top of my head, I can think of 2 questions:

 

1. How thick is the vinyl that you're using?

2. How much heat are you using?

Sorry for the slow reply, I've figured out what seemed to be the problem. I was not applying enough heat to the boots, as was mentioned. Again, sorry for the late reply. Thank you guys very much!
