Hiya Team!

I'm Vic from the Redback Garrison in Australia. I brought my TB off Scout Jockie from RBG - Long Fins about 2yrs ago now and having been causing trouble ever since

But now I am looking at Lancer status and formalising that. Scout Jockie had her build thread here. So I know most of the information from that about her Scout.

What needs work as per the Lancer Team: "(Just a few things you may want to adjust.)

  • Flight suit looks a little baggy on your legs, also elastic loops are hanging down
  • Rotate your bicep armor further to the front
  • Forearm armor should also rotate and overlap the gloves slightly
  • Should have the cut outs all around your soles
  • Add some padding to your pouches
  • Wouldn't hurt to add a stiffener to your cod
  • Looks like you have elastic on the sides of your armor, should be cotton webbing
  • Adjust your belt boxes to the same heights and angles
  • Adjust shoulder bridge webbing to match each side
  • Belt looks a little low
  • Cummerbund bunched at back a bit
  • Could reduce the gap a little between armor and shoulder bells
  • Couldn't make out if you have the top elastic strap on your knee armor

Mostly just some adjustments needed, take a close look at some of the passed Lancer applications, will give you a good idea of the look you should be aiming for. Good Luck"

So to start off. I am working on the Cummerbund and the Cod. Which looked like this. I lost a stack of weight since getting my scout and the band is supper loose.

So today I took it in about 7-8 inches in total. Had issues doing it up, but you get the idea. Looks a heap better. So this item is off the list.

The Cod sits a heap better since tightening this up. I will post up photos at a later date.

This arvo I will cut the indentations into the boots the whole way around and bring the legs of my pants in and tighten up the elastic on the legs.

Next month will be swapping all the elastic over to cotton webbing on the armour as per the CRL

Wish me luck!
