Wtf shadow scout helmet help!

Hello! I'm looking to start my work on my shadow scout helmet but have not been able for the life of me to find any sort of tutorial, video, or anything of the sort on the build process and such as it is a five piece helmet kit I don't know where to start, and I reeeeeally don't wanna ruin it haha obviously, any tips or suggestions??

This video is for a WTF kids biker scout helmet, but the build process for the 5-piece helmet should be the same.

I'm building a Chef helmet for my Shadow Scout and I'm building a WTF lid for my son and they are both similar so this tutorial should do the trick.
