How are these for boots?

Hey, I've tried uploading pics, inserting the images, and it's too slow for me. so here's my photobucket for my scout trooper. How are my boots? Do They look "scaly" ? I still like these (and was told these were lancer quality?) what are your thoughts?

im no expert on boots but, ive been reading and looking at the info around here

 

~ i think the texture is ok .. others around here have similar texture

~ i would think the flap is abit to long on the sides -- might be a tough fix

~ and the rear "tube" section shouldnt go below the top of the rubber sole -- seems to be an easy fix

 

 

im sure others will chime in to help you or even correct me if im wrong

Your flap is too long it shouldn't over lap the boot.

Here is a photo

 

Please note you only glue the sides of the flap, you can notice it more in the photo.

 

I agree the texture should be ok. Vinyl does come in different textures from other countries.

 

Your doing a good job. Always when in doubt Cole just take a peak at the photos from the movie
