Thanks to the suggestion of a fellow biker I have rounded off my shoulder bells. Here's where I'm at after today. I want Lancer status when this is done, so all you lancers out let me know how I'm doing.

Nice work so far and kudos to you for shooting for Lancer. The only thing I see from your photos is that your bund closure is off center from your back but that might be a fitment issue. Strider is a Lancer and he has a Lancer level build thread going in the armory that has a ton of great information. Check it out if you already haven't and keep up the great work!
