Chunk Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 There shoud be a center seam. Go down 2 inches from that on either side & mark. Place the top of the elastic on this mark. Place a couple stiches in the elastic to hold in place. Once you sew the riding patch on it will hold securly in place. 1 Quote
