Chopper
Hi everyone. I'm wondering if it's allowed to have a visible stitched hemline close to the edge of the biker scout flak vest sleeve? It looks like I have to take up my vest sleeves about an inch and a half and I can either hand sew it on the inside, or machine stitch it with a thread line near the edge of the sleeve. I checked and there's nothing specific in the CRL either way. Is going to be a dealbreaker Lancer status? For reference, here's my vest with the sleeves adjusted: Here's the sleeve length BEFORE adjustments, from my build thread: Thanks!
Stroker
Figure out how far you need to hem it up pop it inside out and run a new seam. Id keep my seam up as far as I could. I've seen some Lancers have a seam near the end of the flak sleeve. I myself prefer it to be hidden.

BikerScout007
You can see a hem on the sleeves in the film. Also, Gino put a hem on his Scout's sleeves and he modeled his off of what he saw in the archives

This is with the sleeves taken up -- it's handsewn, but I can throw it on the machine now that it's securely fastened.
