Boot Cut Pattern relative to boot size. Does it just scale

I am working on laying out the cuts for my boots. I am using Kmax2 size 12 boots. I noticed that the most often "original" boot is the below image which is a size 10 but not sure it is Mens or Womans size.

Then again looking at the Biker scout but here we do not know the boot size.

So as the boot gets bigger do the spacing just space out more? Sort of a scale up? This is what i think would have happened.

 

Follow-up to that is did all the screen used boots have the horizontal rib?

Yes the screen used boots had the horizontal rib. As for scaling I wear a 10.5 and I just went with the screen used boots the best I could

That's what most of do. As loom as you keep it clean and even you'll be happy with the out come. Scaling that would be tricky.
