TB-1599 Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 I have been wearing these same shoulder bells for a while. But no body has ever said anything. Now I want to get a definitive yes or no. Are these ok or should I shorten them? Ignore the rifle hanging off of my back.
gmrhodes13 Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 I would suggest putting on the rest of the arm armor and vest first and taking some front and side photos.

BikerScout007 Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 Yes they are too long. With bells that long you won't be able to wear your bicep armor on your bicep! If those are SCs I would lop at least an inch off the bottom and round the corners. I did that and it looked a lot better

You want the bells looking more like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5bU7TNBGsXOYXAzMzhScVJ1Szg/view?usp=sharing Like Q said, it will be easier to tell length once you get your vest, but off the bat SC bells are too long. I think they are 8 inches and the actual ones seem closer to 6. You also want to round them off in the corners. I also heated mine up and flattened them out some too 1
