Chopper
I need to do some re-gluing on my boots. I was curious, has anyone tried using HH66 vinyl cement to secure the vinyl parts? I'm wondering if the bond will work between vinyl and leather? It comes with a brush, which would avoid the clumpiness that seems to plague E6000 and Shoe Goo. Bobik96
I have only used e6000 and shoe goo. Shoe goo sets faster and holds stronger.
Chunk
E-6000 flexes when dry. You have to consider this when using your glue. Dont want a glue that dries hard. You boots will look great until to put them on & they crack & the vinyl starts to come off. If you have access to E-6000 glob it on & spread with a large tongue depresser or popsicle stick. I bought a large bag of 100 at Walmart for $2.
