TB-1599 Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 Is the tank or "hump" permanently attached to the back armor? I like to hide my MP 3 player and small speaker back there for my TB loop. Most of us rivet the tank to the back armor permanently but it is not a requirement. stasz Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 I can't remember who's build thread it was in, but someone put a little trap door in the back armor so he could keep stuff in the hump. Wallet and such. I had thought about doing something similar with a Camel Back water bag once upon a time... I keep my Mic speaker in my hump and run the wire under my armor, into my balaclava. The speaker is even amplified inside the hump, so I have to get a wrangler to adjust the volume at times.
