Can someone please upload pictures of your belt from the back, front, and the inside? I'm confused how to do this and I don't want to do anything wrong. If you could also write up some instructions, that will be appreciated too

If it's a SC belt then it's simple. Just E6000 the three pieces together and clamp for 24 hours.

must be a new mold then because the belt is a one piece now.

also, I mean how the fabric goes through the belt and attaches to the thigh boxes.

Yes. My belt came as a one piece and now I'm just trying to figure out how to put the fabric and thigh boxes together. Can you take pictures of the inside of the front of the belt and how all you did it?

All you need to do is Dremel the recessed areas out enough to get the strapping through. I'll get a pic here in a sec.

already done that. Don't know how to strap it and the SC instructions are confusing

thank you. How long of elastic is that? And how does it attach to the back of the belt?

That's not elastic it's cotton webbing. I can't recall off the top of my head how much I used. However it'll differ some what from person to person.

 

The two straps coming from the drop boxes will riveted onto the cloth belt at the back behind the TD.

1.5" for the drop boxes 2" for the belt closing.

To add to Tim's reply, the 2" webbing is the bright white nylon webbing and the 1.5" drop box webbing is cotton.
