Kopper12 Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 In my haste of removing my helmet from the tote over the week I some how put some light scratches on the top of my bucket. Any one have a good way of removing scratches or paint that closely matches??
Torm Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 If it's a Altmanns I believe it's just injected ABS and not paint . I paint cars for a living . I would lightly wet sand with 2000 grit and just polish the helm 1
cheesewhoopy Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Novus plastic polish is really good for scratches on plastic. It's what a lot of people use on various armor Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1

Kopper12 Posted March 1, 2017 Author Posted March 1, 2017 I'll try sanding and polish to see if that works like you suggested to me earlier spike. its not too noticeable being on the top but I'm OCD about these things lol. If not weathering works too, i was thinking of dirty it up at some point 1

Just hadn't planned on weathering yet lol Is there a good tutorial for this ? 2
