You'll want to take that red target thing out of the scope too

I bought it two years ago in my garison. At this time i didn't know anything about lancer status. I can remove red lense if other part is ok if not i will buy new one

Essentially it looks like it should...

 

The targeting lens in the scope needs to come out as the others have mentioned but beyond that it looks OK.

 

Size wise, difficult to tell what with the perspective of the camera.

 

The scope should be (if cast from a real one) around 190mm long from tip to tail.

 

 

The rest seems proportionally sound. It's far from the worst blaster I've ever seen!
