Question: Larger Trooper - Helmet & Armor

Hello Everyone,

 

I need your guidance and expertise. We have two people in our area that are shopping for larger TB armor and helmet.

 

Person # 1 = 5’9†at 240 pounds

Person # 2 = 5’11†at 270 pounds

 

They tried on Studio Creations (full helmet & unassembled chest & back armor) and MonCal (full helmet & unassembled chest & back armor).

Both makers are very tight and uncomfortable for them. They also tried on the Altmann’s helmet and its very tight for them.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

I don’t want to turn them away and hurt anyone’s feelings. I’m very understanding and willing to help them.

Looking forward to your thoughts. At this time in the Bay Area (Northern California), we do not have any Chef armor or Walt’s Trooper Factory armor.

I’m hoping someone can share their experience and provide some hope for our people.
