Chunk Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Since you didn't post any pics im asuming your cod is all cloth. You will need to remake the cod with foam & stiff backer inside. cheesewhoopy Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 I used a piece of styrene cut to shape and curved it slightly with a heat gone then put it inside the cod piece. Also make sure the strap isn't super tight on your cod. I'm still building my biker so I'm not an expert but I think it worked well for me.
