The skinny part is loaded into the gun. As the gun is squeezed, the larger diameter part is pulled into itself, becoming about 2/3 short than it is originally. Then they skinny part snaps off and is ejected from the gun. It's a good idea to use washers on these rivets as well. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
