Possible to convert my sierra luggs sole pattern to lancer?

I am chasing Lancer status and contemplating using my current boots vice a new pair. My question is whether or not there might a way to make my cut outs possible with a little work or should I start from scratch?

I'd just use what I have. You also need to add the stitching to the dog bone. Not to hard to do. Just a little time and effort.
