The armor and helmet itself, at least for me, was a perfect fit and didn't need much to make it 501st approved. I placed my order last week for my Altmann's! Seems there are a lot of good vendors here that can get you what you need if you cant do it yourself. I'm not a prop maker so I can't claim to know all that goes into it. The wait is a long time though.
