Question about WW flight suit

The WW flightsuit does NOT include riding patches, mud flap or thigh bands. The only thing it really has going for it is the collar flap closure. Other than that, it needs all the other modifications as would a much cheaper RedKap or Dickie's coverall.

I see that they call it a "racing suit" so I don't know if it's tailored differently than their flight suit, but the only difference I see between the two is the pockets.

thank you, that's good to know. Trying to find the least amount of required sewing for this build as its for someone else. But if it requires almost the same amount of work and the prices are lower, I'll go with the cheaper options.

Surprised WW hasn't gotten one closer to the biker needs. I had a WW suit for a Tie pilot project I abandoned and I hated to let it go to waste as it fit me well. Cost me $80 to get the flaps sewn on, correct the collar, add the elastic straps on thighs, and have all of the pockets removed...definitely not the cheapest route but I'm happy with mine now :(

It kind of makes me nuts that they list it as a "Biker Scout" suit when it needs so much work. They do make nice stuff, but this misses the mark for what they sell it as.
