this is my building thread for my upcoming Scout.

 

This is my current list of the needed parts.

 

Helm - a Wolfpack helmet (is on the way at beginning of january)

Armor - SC

Gloves - Wampa Wear

Blaster - PA

Flightsuit - still researching

Vest - still researching

Cummerbund und Pouches - still researching

Today i got my BBB with a nice packing inside

Today i´m cleaning all edges and tomorrow is glueing day

Dome is nearly done, just need to fix some small adjustments.

 

 

 

 

Next part is the visor and face plate

Alright fellows, my scout is coming all along.

 

In the last days, i managed to get the helmet nearly to the end, just need to add some padding, the visor lense and the decals

one question. How hard is the plastic?. I'm trying to make a scout helmet that might be able to be worn in paintball

The end is near, still some small things to do (i know, some parts look strange, not straight) but for my first scout helmet i´m very proud

That's a great job for your first time building it. I'm building one myself and it's not any easy task to be sure. On your snout you'll want to paint the aerator black to match the screen used snout colors. There is a great picture of an RS Props helmet here that you can look at for the snout. The RS lid has screen heritage and are nice just really hard to obtain. Here's the link: http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=15843. Keep up the great work!

Today came my flightsuit, just had to remove all not neccassery plots, and short cut him on the arms and legs a little bit.
