Welcome. First off I'd suggest taking a look at the CRL requirements available here: http://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:ST_shoretrooper

 

There's a few different makers for the different soft parts. We don't really advertise the builders here on the boards but you can take a look at a few other trooper's build threads to get an idea of what everyone else is using.
