Rubies Scout Helmet-Custom Creations

Hi,

 

So I am a little confused after visiting the custom creation website for Scout Armor. He says he always encourage people to finish off thier armor with an official rubies helmet. Confused on two things, 1 I have seen tons of posts that say stay away from rubies. 2- can't find any of them for sale. Thoughts?

He has to say that for legal reasons. Rubies is the authorized helmet so this is sort of "cover-your-butt" language.

YEH I would say don't bother with the Rubies helmet as it is too much trouble to go through to get it up to 501st standards. Altmaans helmet is a nice one though. You could look into one of those:)

And if you want to do it yourself (assembly) check out the KS kit, (190$) ish I believe, good price
