I just wanted it to be looked over by people with more experience with this sort of thing. So here it is, my biker scout helmet. It is a little big on me so I was planning on filling in the inside a bit with some foam that I would velcro to the inside. I might not be the right person to look over your helmet, since I myself is pretty new to the game. But I'll done a lot of research and will give it a try The only thing I can see from your pictures is that the stripes decals on the back sit's a bit high on the bucket. But then again, I've seen this more than once and I don't know how this will impact your approval.
