Is this vinyl OK

Before I start working on my boots, I figure I should ask this. I bought this marine vinyl on Amazon because it was the highest rated--I believe for the weight of it. From the pictures I thought the texture was smaller and less pronounced but now that I have it in hand it's pretty "robust". Is it going to be a problem for approval? I don't really plan to go for Lancer approval but I guess it's worth questioning if it will present a problem if I for that later.

It's fine for basic approval. I found the best stuff to be on eBay. It very,very light textured. I can get you a link if you want it.

Yeah I'd have to see it assembled to know for sure on Lancer but for basic you are fine

I used the marine vinyl from JoAnn's Fabrics and it was great. The texture is very subtle and the material was great to work with.
