I found a european dealer with 3D-printed guns. Any opinions?

This is their version of the bikerscout blaster:

Besides the visible trigger is there anything to complain about on first sight?

That looks highly modeled after the Kenner blaster, mainly because the trigger is inaccurate on the blaster, but was present on the toy itself. Chris makes awesome stuff though.

Whilst that's all very nice and detailed.... it's not an accurate representation of the film one.

As Cheyenne has said, it's very much like the Kenner one, which is incorrect over so many parts, so it's difficult where to start.

Call me crazy, but it actually just looks like a Kenner blaster that's either been painted or is just super clean, without the stickers.

Indeed,or a damn good clean up. However I think its just a painted Kenner blaster.

Maaaan, guys, you're vaporising my hopes to find a decent european vendor for the blaster. ... seems like I'm stuck!!

Christopher sent me some pictures of the raw version of the blaster. It looks completely different than the finished version; the fishskin-pattern is missing and so are some other details...

So maybe STILL an option

His seems to be more and more often an option.

You get the template file and find someone to print out the gun, put it together and do the sanding, painting. Not too hard.

I have told the guy it should not have a trigger but what about the rest?

So I ordered one of the ProCoPrint-blasters and it arrived this week.

No customs-problems, no exorbitant shipping fees... for european people definitely an option, don't you think?

Here are some pictures. Any opinions?
