I already casted it up its going out on monday.It was one of the greeblies for the front snout.

I appreciate your help guys, just sent the helmet off to another Mississippian who is going to do the camo for me. And I've got a solution for those with lens problems. I went down to my local Motorcyle/Motocross place, and I was able to order a chrome green visor from them. It's reflective just like the one in the tutorial, but the cost is kinda high at $30 each.

Is it a flat lens ? If so LMK.

The helmet is designed to use a flat lens.

I think so, since it comes as a replacement lense, if not, I'll just have to bend it into shape...but I'll definitely let you know when it comes in late this next week.

I'm not getting much money from my income taxes but it should be enough for a helmet kit. Jason do you think I can get one once that happens?

Hey TK 9468 stealing my wifes account again.

On the motorcycle lenses they should for the most part be the shap of the helmet. Most are injection molded to the exact size and shap of the helmet they go on but if it is to curved you can always heat it alittle to relax the plastic. Since my wife and I ride we have replaced several lenses in are our day. Since the helmet is fiberglass based you might be able to apply a few small screws to hold the lens in. I was making my wife a replacment fiberglass scout helmet and had to put a screw at each end to help hold the curved lens down.

Just my 2 credits worth and seeing how we dont take republic credits its not worth much

Been busy with kids games etc. I have 2 BARC kits going out tomm. when UPS comes to pick them up. After that I have 1 more to do then will be caught up on these anyway.Then as before I will post on here when Im ready to do another one.

yeah, been wanting a clone costume and been wanting a biker scout costume for quite some time. Then the Barc trooper just happen to be a little of both. I love it! I'm am drunk with anticipation of getting this costume piece together. I really wish there was something I could do to help. Just not good with that stuff and I've never done any vacuum forming stuff. Had the chance awhile back. Wish I would have taken advantage of it then. And I 've never sewed anything other than punk rock patches on my clothes.
