WTF Helmet Visor Connection

I am trying to complete my Walt's Trooper Factory Helmet for my son. Can anyone show me how to properly connect the visor to the main body of the helmet?

 

I have 2 nuts and bolts and I can kind of tell where to drill holes. But I do not want to mess this up.
