Canterbury Tail
So I'm getting there with my build now. I have some more work to do obviously but I wanted to solicit some feedback on what I already have. It's a partial suitup of what I have right now. What I know. No helmet No gloves No mudflap No codpiece No pouches I believe my bund is slightly too long, I will see what I can do about that or do people think I should drop the belt a bit?. Only 1 dropbox is attached right now Only 1 riding patch and strap The attached riding strap needs pulling up tight Holster needs attaching, and I need a blaster So without further ado. BikerScout007
If your belt is up on your hips, it is in the right place. Too many scouts wear the belts too low so they can allow for bunds that are too long. The problem is almost always the length of the bund and the size of the pouches., which are almost always too big Check out my man's bund and pouches: Your belt is in a great spot. I also like the position of your dropbox. A lot of folks wear those too low. Your shoulder bells look a little too big on you. You might want to lop an inch off the bottom of those. Then you can pull your bicep armor up so it sits on your actual bicep and not down by your elbow. Good job so far!

I'd knock off an inch from the bottom of the 'bund and trim the bottom of the shoulder bells then reshape the corners. Ideally, you want those bicep bits above the elbow, maybe at least 2 cm/ 1 inch higher than where you have them now. Also, and this is more a dressing point, You can roll those shoulder bells to the front a bit more. The tops are sitting where they should, just need a bit of fine tuning. Keep it up, scout!
Canterbury Tail
Thanks for the feedback. I was planning on taking up the shoulder bells at some point so yes that's a good thing. I've taken my cummerbund up an inch and a half and it looks much better now. No more appearing below the bottom of the belt and it is just sitting under the belt from the top. I could pull it up slightly further if need be. Now I need to go and clean out the room from the massive explosion of small white threads that has appeared as a result.
