Good Morning,

I am finally pulling together armour.

I am thinking about

KS for Armour and accessories.

Rothmanns for flight Suit

Suedework-DIY

Boots-BSB or DIY

Any gotchas before I proceed?

I have the costume ref from the 501st and hope to join the Georgia Garrision after approval by the beg of 2017.

Thanks for the feedback and this site and its forums are excellent.

I'm in the same boat but haven't gotten the armor yet. Most people suggested the sc armor kit to me. Hope to join the ga501st early 2017 myself.

I have been looking at both SC and KS. Figured it was time to make a decision so I will let everyone know how it goes..

Welcome to BS.net!

I'd say negative on the KS armor. KS bucket, fine. But go SC for armor.

Finally got started

Armour-KS- Received and need to work on tank details and chest rank.

Helmet-KS-Complete

Weapon-KS-Complete

Cumberbun-KS-Complete

Need Flight Suit. Any suggestions. Is the suede mandatory?

Vest- Again need suggestions

Baclava-No problem

Gloves-most likely Wampa.

Boots-Thinking about bikerscoutboots.com

Still got a ways to go but finally beginning to come together.

Thanks

For the flight suit check out Max's sci fi creations on facebook, They do amazing work.... oh and they'll do the vest too.

I recognize I'm a tad late here, but we have several scouts already in Georgia and a couple of people that know how to do the sewing. If you wanted to go the Redcap route, we've got people that can help.
