Hey guys,

I recently cut out and trimmed the 4 bicep parts and was wondering, which parts connect to each other? any help would be appreciate.

Thanks

I actually think you got them lined up pretty well that way. And after you glue them you still have to bondo or whatever to disguise the glued lines so in the end nothing will be noticeable IMO...

Ok sweet Luis, so the wide angle parts match up and the to smaller ones match up, the way I put them in the picture

I noticed the top bicep armor is pretty large around my bicep is that normal ?

You have to put some foam on the inside so that it sits proper on your arm. That's doubly important on the side with the box as it´s heavier and will lean on the side if you don´t.

I have to share... when I said something similar to my wife, she said "work out more."

You could either put a piece of foam in between the bicep and your shirt, or trim the bicep down and re-connect them.

If you connect them as is, they might look really big.

Just cut down some of the inside part of the bicep and have a proper, but not too snug fit.

Similar to the shin build, you can adjust where they connect for a comfortable yet functional fit.

Thanks Grumpy,

Ok so I think I got it lol

with my kit there are 2 wide angle bicep pieces and to smaller angle ones.

I think you connect one wide angle to one smaller angled together looks more evened for both bicep pieces and ill look into the foam as well I think that would be perfect.
