A tip I would give is to research every part of the scout carefully before going into purchasing the goods. I can recommend vendors, and armourers all day, but it'll be up to you. I have some leftover materials from my cummerbund, pouches, and buttflap I can pass on to you. I also have all of the tools needed if you want to save some money there.
