Just double checking before I do so, I've not seen any recent-ish defined 'no you cant' post re prepping back/front plates as yet so asking directly

I did a 3hr stint on the weekend to test the kit out and found my back had some pretty good bite (saved by the vest and overalls!) that has worn the vest material to a shine due to the right angle cornering. Too much more it will eat through in no time

Am I all good to ala-panda the back edges where strapping exits - a little bit without getting hit up about it once too late

I did a lot of sanding and rounding to prevent armor bites. Go for it! The screen scouts had return-edges on their armor, you can try to replicate that look

I found the same issue and I did as Mickey suggests and added a return to my front and back chest armor. It especially helps with the area right under the arm.

I have a suspicion it's the top edge under the arm at fault rather than the lowers. But not re-suited up to check what aligns up with the bite point (that comes when pre-approvals are taken :) )

I see the screencaps all have an epic one on the lowers, but I fear I would make a mess of any return edge. The best thing we have here is a clothes iron, and I'm a danger with power tools. Even domesticated ones.

Ill try a small diameter top corner for a start, or at least strenghten it and smooth off with some more sanding
