3M Welding Helmet Headband - Anyone use this?

I'm still waiting for my KS to come in. Rather impatiently now because all of my soft stuff is finished. Anyways, I have the 3M Speedglas Bolts to replace the kit bolts. While looking around I found this... It's a headband for the 3M welding helmet. The 3M Speedglas bolts for the visor will thread onto the harness. Has anyone used this? I'm curious to know if the headband is centered in the helmet when its attached.

Yep, the whole assembly was used by screen scouts and by many Legion TBs.

Fantastic! I had already cut up a hard hat for the locking tabs and liner, but this is a better option.
