drache
Hi guys, any recommendations for helmet liner?
Griffin-X
Check out the hard hat liner from Trooperbay: https://trooperbay.com/costuming-accessories/hard-hat-liner-for-helmets
Nexous
I used the condor pads that SC's kit came with, keeps the head and place and allows for my glasses
kayelbe
I tried using the helmet pads first, didn't like the way they fit by my ears (couldn't hear anything!). I went the same route as others and used a hard hat liner. I hot glued the mounting tabs, but am rethinking the attachment method as I have already had to reglue them three times. I used a HH liner as well and used CA glue to mount the tabs in my Altmann's. Haven't had any issues with it as of yet. Maybe give that a try?

shdwtrpr13
alittle late but I custom fit Foam padding into my helmet. Since I larp I tend to have more then enough open and closed cell foams laying around to do this successfully. of course there are others in my garrison who used Motorcycle helmet liners to great effect as well. Chunk
I used "egg crate" foam in mine. Piece on the back & top. Fits like a glove.
