Canterbury Tail
So I've got my armour from SC and it's a great job. A couple of pieces are minorly warped, the knees are not symmetrical and 'lean' to one side. Similarly with the back tank. It's subtle, but there's a slight twist to them. Does anyone have any experience with trying to correct this sort of issue? Part of me thinks the knees will fix themselves once I've got the straps on and them fitted, and maybe the tank once attached. Anyone got any thoughts about attempting to correct? Stroker
If it's not that bad just leave it as is. The knees are like that with both kits I have and the tank is also. After you get it all together it'll be fine.
Chef
Re-shaping armour is a bit of a precise business. Get it right and everything is rosy. Get it slightly wrong and you're looking at new armour because you will screw it up beyond redemption. If it's not 'bad', leave it well alone. If it is... Speak to Jeff, he'll no doubt see you straight.
Canterbury Tail
No it's not bad, it's just me. The knees will reshape upon wearing I believe, and the tank, well I'll just attach it in the right place and add a very small fractional twist and it'll be fine. So no, I'm not about to get a heat gun out to it, just tension should do the job when everything is affixed. Cheers all.
Dart
I can understand the desire to fix this sorta thing. I went all ADD when I got my pre-assembled KS bucket. Paid to have them assemble it and I took it all apart. I got it together a bit better, but for the most part, if something's a little bit warped, no one's gonna know. That said, I'm your GML and now I know, so I'll hold it against you. Kidding! I'd never do that. Have fun with your build and if you have any local questions, lemme know.

Don't know how long this will take, just a little bit at a time while learning new skills a little bit at a time. Hoping sometime in the fall.
