These are pics from the Scout project I (we) did for my wife.

She's short and trying to keep things in proportion was occasionally difficult. Hopefully I've gotten it for the most part. Comments toward improvement welcome.

Hi Steve! Your pictures aren't showing up in the thread. I think you need to edit them and remove the img and /img tags that are first and last in the URL and then they should work. Look forward to seeing the pics!

Apparently I can't get pics to post. I'd delete the post if I could and try again.

I see the pics.

I can't see any major issues. With her bucket on photo, it looks like the collar on the jumpsuit is maybe a bit big in the front? Dunno... I'd clear her for duty.

Thank You Retrofire.

Anytime Brother! I agree with Dart in that it looks a little bunched around the throat area but I can't see anything major that the GML would not approve.

The right pouch seems to be hanging lower than the left. But nothing I would ding for basic approval. Good job!

Looks good!

Might pull the bicep armor up just a bit, but that may be more to do with shorter arms. It looks like you trimmed some off the shoulder bells already?

Posted

Yes Stasz, I already trimmed some off the bottom of the shoulder bells. Can a little be trimmed off the bicep piece as well if necessary? Regarding the bunching of fabric at the throat, that's the Balaclava. Which leads me to ask if it's supposed to be inside or outside the suit collar?

Posted

Inside the suit collar

I wouldnt trim the bicep armor but I would shorten the vest sleeves. You only need about a half inch peeking out from under the shoulder bells

Thank you for clarifying that about the balaclava BikerScout007! Don't know why I didn't check on that sooner.
