Another glove question

I picked these up on a whim last week for $25

 

They are vintage black motorcycle gauntlets.

Unfortunately they don't have suede or the raised knuckles, but the look really close to the espirit gloves.

 

It might look ok when I remove the zippers and the wrist straps

nice catch. However, I don't think they would be permitted as the ribs are not tightly spaced, they're missing the faux suede patches and as you already noted the zippers and wrist straps would have to be removed.

I'm sure you could make them work with enough effort, but there are other options out there that don't cost all that much and are more screen accurate

On those WW gloves did you order a size up? They tend to run small so most of us go up a size to make sure they fit comfortably. Just a heads up.

As luck would have it, according to their size chart, I was about to buy the large but accidentally purchased an x-large.

 

Now that I know they run a little small I don't have to ask around for a trade. Whew!!
