Looking good overall there buddy.

I'd be tempted to pull your bicep armour up, so it meets the bottom of your flak vest sleeves, and just widen out the pouches a little so you can see all the ribs on the cummerbund.

If you go for Lancer, you'll need to sort the flaps on your pouches, as they have the visible square stitch marks where you've added the velcro.

And if I'm being ultra-picky.... When you suit up, make sure the bund isn't twisted at the back, so that the velcro join sits directly underneath the tank, and not skewed off to one side.

And if that's all I can pick up on... That's a tidy job. Well done.

Thanks for the insight. I will move up the biceps and adjust the bund. The reason why I have the rectangular sew-lines on the pouches is that it seems to appear here in the movie when Han flips one of the TBs by the wrist.

Good spot... I'll give you that one.

But I shall refer you to the Lancer Specs.

Two pouches made to a suitable scale for your size that are made from a white heavy weight cloth ( off white if using off white drop box/ side armour straps), they should be touching chest armour and slightly overlapping belt. No external stitching around the flaps or velcro attachment should be seen. Bottom edge of the flap must be less than half the overall width of the pouch.

Maybe this is a detail that can come under review. But until then....

Looks great!

It's not required, but I love the way the shoulder bells look when the bottom corners are tapered and rounded a la Panda Trooper's build. But that's me ;)

Nicely done. Should have your numbers in no time.
