make boot or buy them?

I was looking for boots for the armor and I saw the boot tutorial and the forums and was wanting to know will I have to make them or can I buy a pre-made boots?

I agree, much more satisfying to make them and its not too tricky.

The trick is trying to find a pair of boots that have a solid wheat-coloured sole and that are the right shape (bigger foot area, more-or-less similar in shape to the Sierra Sneakers).

What's the usual cost of pre-made boots?
