Where to get Soft Armor Parts

I have been looking at flight suits, I wanted to know where to get the best suit at. and also where to get the cummerbund at or do I need to make one if I do where do I get the materials at?

couple of different choices for flight suit but they need some modification. or if you can sew, theres some patterns you can search for to make your own bund, but theres a few people here that might be able to get you into one for a small fee

Are there any "off the rack" that aren't as coarse as some of the other more common flightsuit material? Though I blush to mention it I have sensitive and delicate skin.
