Army Scout
Ok troopers, Let's get the BARC's in service. We have to take a digital charcter and convert him into a costume. We will need to work out all the parts and convert them into real materials. In all truth, the armor and helmet are easy, they can be scuplted. But the rest has to be researched. So lets start that! I have uploaded some high res screen caps to the gallery. We need more reference images! Marketing and promo stuff. If you have an image, please PM me so we can get it posted. Even if you dont plan on doing a BARC, your input is needed. The more eyes we have on the target the more details we can catch. Guest torso_boy
Is it possible to put up a notice about not carrying over actual TB components into the BARC costume? I've been fighting the battle at CTN for a while now trying to inform people that no parts on the TB uniform can be used on a BARC for even remote accuracy. I figured that this BARC project would allow us to set the record straight. Here's a little thingy I came up with: The BARC Trooper is as different from the Scout Trooper as the Clone Trooper is as different from the Stormtrooper. I think it should be noted somewhere because it never fails that someone will come here and say "Why don't you just camoflage a TB and call it quits?" And I know us scouts wouldn't like that... Ladyghost4459
Ghst915 and have seriously jumped onto this bandwagon. He has been scrutinizing the reference pix and looking through web sites for materials and has drawn me into the picture. This is a whole other kind of scout and it is nice to be working in color again. Our monochromatic friends are a blast, but we love the jungle colors and doing something new. I can't wait to see this project completed and a squad trooping in to C4 in LA, CA will be awesome.

Darth Thaddius
This has been an ongoing project. Yes, there is still some people working on getting this done. I have started yet and do not know If I can afford to. But it would be awesome to see this scout trooping at events eventually.
